Do I have to register for the ATS 2017 International Conference? Yes, fellows accepted into the FTS need to register. Attendance at the international conference is mandatory and a fellow's inability to stay for the duration of the entire conference will jeopardize his/her receiving the award. Fellows who submitted an FTS application and were accepted to the program can check in on site at the Registration Desk, Walter E. Washington Convention Center (L Street South Lobby) on Thursday, May 18 evening from 5 – 7 p.m. or Friday, May 19 morning from 6:30 – 8 a.m. Elizabeth Guzman (lguzman@thoracic.org) When/Where is the Fellows Track Symposium? Friday, May 19, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 20, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. located in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Adult Sessions: Salon G-H-I(South Building, Level 1). . Each selected fellow is required to submit a formal report to ATS describing 1) the professional knowledge they gained from attending the 2017 ATS FTS and the International Conference and 2) how they’ve applied this knowledge in their daily practice.
