Where do I go for a CME form? A conference evaluation MUST be completed by attendees in order to receive CME credits. The CME Evaluation can only be completed online at http://conference.thoracic.org/program/cme-nursing-ce.php. The CME Kiosk is located in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, L Street Bridge (Level 2). Log in using your badge number and email address used when registering for the conference. D'Ann Brown, Walter E. Sessions that are eligible for Nursing Contact Hours are noted on the Conference website (http://conference.thoracic.org/program/cme-nursing-ce.php). To claim Nursing Contact Hours: Complete an evaluation online (http://conference.thoracic.org/program/cme-nursing-ce.php) or at a CME kiosk (Walter E. Washington Convention Center, L Street Bridge (Level 2)) by logging in with your registration email and badge number. You will also be asked to provide your nursing license number. Certificates are created upon completion of the evaluation. Once completed, attendees will have the option to email themselves a copy of the certificate. D'Ann Brown, Walter E. Sessions are marked with credit hours in the Final Program under each respective session. CME certificates are created online immediately upon completion of the Evaluation/CME Applications. Certificates are created in PDF format. Attendees may save PDF onto a flash drive or they may email their certificates. No printing service will be available on site.
