Fleischner Society Guidelines for solid as well as part solid pulmonary nodules are globally accepted guidelines. The updates based on lung cancer screening trials and newer pathological classification of Adenocarcinoma are likely to modify the guidelines in the near future. The presentation will include updated guidelines and the basis of each recommendation. Each statement will be supported with a chest radiograph and histology of lung cancer. Algorithms on the management of pulmonary nodules and formulas for the risk stratification will be presented.
