The symptoms of dyspnea, cough and wheeze are common in sarcoidosis and most other pulmonary diseases. In the case of sarcoidosis, these symptoms may be caused by numerous specific pathophysiologic events that require specific evaluations and treatments. In this session, pulmonary symptoms associated with sarcoidosis will be reviewed. These symptoms will be evaluated in terms of their relationship to sarcoidosis, their pathophysiologic etiology, and their management.
